Sliding plate extractor. All sorts of flavors exist from the different manufacturers and few interchange. You'll probably have to go to whoever made it to get one.

Is it a Terminus Apollo or something else? All of the current Terminus actions have M-16 extractors.

Be very careful ordering. There are some differences between styles. That bolt looks like a controlled push feed type . They have a good reference at the link i sent.
