What do you see?

It was sold as Gold Medallion before Remington bought it. Like liquid JB paste.
The stuff i remember had real grit in it you could feel and hear in the barrel. I got it in like a twin pack one time because i was needing the rem oil that was in there. This was in the early 80’s

I clean my CZ MTR barrel every 500 rounds. First, I use a .243 mop dipped in Kroil and let it soak the chamber/lead in for 24 hours. The a .243 brass brush spun manually with a brass pistol rod to break up the carbon ring, then 8-10 strokes with .22 brass brush dipped in Kroil. Then I use 3-4 .20 jag/patch w/Kroil followed by 2-3 dry patches.

Why would you assume a copper solvent is great for carbon? I would be careful with the IOSSO, not good for regular use, last thing you want is to polish the inside.
Nothing beats C4 for carbon ring…..zero scrubbing/polishing.
Just assuming one of the only two solvents that I've used must be keeping the carbon ring from forming. I haven't even used Iosso on this .22, just boretech and Rem 40X. Maybe it's the Rem 40X.

ontopic my newest cleaning routine involves letting a mop soaked in C4 inserted 1.5 inches sit for 10 minutes. Takes care of any carbon buildups in the chamber and throat

I have pretty much gave up on my Teslong for anything more than looking for carbon rings and in my centerfires copper. It just does not have the clarity needed

Buy a Gradient lens (Hawkeye) borescope. Superior American optic and made in USA. I am selling one in the forum.
