What dies do I need

I am having a custom rifle built. It is going to be chambered for a 300 wsm case necked down to a 7mm. Since they are the same shoulder anle etc can I simply use redding 7mm wsm competition neck dies with different size bushings to work my way down?
If I were to full length resize would I use a 3oo wsm bushing die with 7mm bushing?

With the bushing die it's not a problem to change out the bushings for the caliber your working with, as long as it's in the same family, and it is......
