What Causes F-Class 9s with no change in conditions?

Went to a local 600-yard match on Saturday. I shoot F-class open. The first two strings cleaned them, 200 and 200. Third time up 3rd shot was a Nine then about 10-12 Xs in a row then two 9s at 9 o'clock, thought about adjusting right but conditions did not change, held on the X and two 9s at 3 o'clock. I finished with 10s and an X. The nines were on a horizontal plane with my other shots no noticeable change in conditions. What would cause this, any suggestions.

If your confident in your set up it’s probably you. 3rd string gettin tired n lazy, conditions, light n mirage. It happens to me and I’ve seen it often. If you doubt you gear get back to the bench.

How many shot's down the bore at the match before cleaning.
You might have hit that point that it needed it.

OK guys I get it I was hoping I could put the blame else where but it was probably me. Only had 22 rounds through the barrel since I last cleaned it when I started the match. about 1750 rounds through the barrel so far. So your suppose to weigh things huh, I guess I should stop using those Lee powder dippers, LOL. Thanks everyone for your input. P.S they were the E targets.

There you have it e-targets.
They are the dog you beat for the fart you let.
I'm sure there is someone who can prove it was tge e-target. Look it up so where did that round actually hit??????

Was this the AEDC match this weekend? There was some pretty decent shifts in mirage/wind that the flags did not pick up. If you were at AEDC I suspect it may have been fishtailing winds/ let offs as the sun started heating up the Machine gun range off to the right. The range has been much trickier since they cleared that land and built the 800m machine gun range.
