What can cause loose primer pockets besides hot loads and too many reloadings?

Not hot loads and Lapua brass so I guess it's the chamber. I sent off an email to the rifle manufacturer for comments.

I will measure again after the next firing.

I would not want to know if they got bigger with more firings. I would want to know that they were in the trash can, crushed.

Tell me how you can produce an out of round chamber. I have machined a lot in 40+ years, but have not figured out how to machine an out of round hole.
I would say all that he has told us is a large chamber at the base of the cartridge.
