Don't know what a fat rat case is, but when I fire form my 6PPC and 30BR cases I use a cheap bullet [not my custom made bullets]. The cheaper they are, the less they usually weigh. I'm more concerned with powder weight than bullet weight. My first fire forming is usually conducted with about 2.0 grains less than my normal load. My second fire forming is conducted with my normal load. Hope that helps.

yes it is 6mm Rat but slightly larger in the neck area
