What am I doing to cause AB to do this?

Have been using AB for iPhone and it has been spot on out to over 800 yards so far. I mean exactly 'to the click.' Impressive. However, at times, I will attempt to pull up the ballistics table for a given rifle/load combo and the table will be filled with nothing but zeros. Do the same thing an hour (or a day) later and the table will sometimes be populated normally, again. This phenomenon occurs with all of the rifle/load profiles I have entered.

Have tried 'rebuilding' the rifle/load profiles and get same results. Best guess is operator error but I have not been able to find the error. Have gone through all the data/settings several times with no luck.

Has anyone had similar results and found a solution?

I don't know, but I write software for a living, and that sounds like a bug. I would contact AB and let them know. Intermittent bugs like that can be tough to track down, so talking to their developers might be helpful in getting it fixed.

I purchased AB Mobile just a couple days ago, and am having some major issues with the data it outputs when attempting to use Litz G7 data.

Example:

123gr SMK, G7 drag model, 2810fps, 0' altitude, 29.92Hg, 59F, 0% RH, 10mph/90 degree wind.

1000 yard data: 6.7 mil/240.8" drop, 1.0mil/37.1" drift.

I know this isn't remotely accurate.

When I switch to G1, the numbers make FAR more sense at 9.4mil drop/2.5mil drift.

I've been using Shooter app for a number of years, so I'm not a total idiot when it comes to "garbage in/garbage out" data input..but this thing is totally wrong with G7 values, even when they are shown correctly within the app.

Am I missing something?

Yup i emailed about a similar problem with the 105 hybrid g7/g1 values. No response.

And about another problem i was having, where i couldnt alter my g7 bc values. No response.

Only time i get attention to a problem im having is when i bash em on a public forum.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease sorta thing i suppose.
