What action will this stock work with

Hi, i have this Lee Six/Shilen stock and i was told it is inleted for Panda but since i am new, can you wise men
confirm before i get the Panda action, i dont see a gap for the Recoil lug, is this normal??

Only F class Panda has a recoil lug unless special order.

Looks like a Panda to me. For Pandas, the rear of the action acts as a recoil lug.

A lot of them get glued in place. There are differing opinions as to what works best. They are mostly used for mild recoiling rounds, like the 6ppc.

I have a Kodiak and a dual port Panda. Both have cutout in the front for the integral recoil lug, and a flat bottom. Would need a side view picture to determine bolt configuration. Looks like you have some work ahead of you.
I have heard Stiller Viper has a very similar layout.

I would take it to my smith and have him look at it, I would not buy an action to fit a stock, I would buy a stock to fit an action, your smith may be able to tell you he can work a BAT in there or a Borden or? JMHO

I don’t see the center guard screw hole in the bottom of the stock. Makes me think action was glued in. My Panda’s have three screws but my Stiller Viper only two. So I vote for a Panda.

You can always remold it to fit any action. It’s really not that difficult.
