You also always have friends and a lot of them become more like family! I am down but not out right now, cause most of my stuff has been moved from my trailer into the house so I can work on brass and loading and my guys are already telling me that they will set me up and carry the load so I can shoot.....so ya gotta love them A-holes! So when the knee is reconstructed and I can hobble around about April or May I will be hopping and barking maybe even crying some cause this thing is gonna be painful eventually.

Man sorry for all that but yea these guys are family and I know they'll take good care of them, just don't beat them or they'll make you walk down the line and retrieve your own flags!! Then tell you to load your own dang truck! LOL

When we go to a match I go for a good time and the mind set whoever wins is going to have to beat my daughter! lOL

I enjoy competing against myself, and conditions. I also enjoy watching great shooters and having some of their skill rub off on me. Shooting a higher score or smaller group is reward enough for me.

For me competition is about learning. I love the process. Matches are the crucible that true skill is forged in.
