What $500 got me yesterday

Stopped into our local Scheels store. They still have small rifle primers for $69.99 so I grabbed one of those. They had just stocked the shelves with 95 grain Bergers which I wanted to try in my 6mm Remington. And as I was looking at brass one of the guys wheels up a cart full of alliant powder. Wasn’t planing on spending $480 but I haven’t seen reloader 15 or 19 in 3 plus years anywhere. And it was $12 a pound cheaper then I have seen reloader powders online. But tell me again how inflation is going down.

sounds like u did good— Since I moved from ND to IN 10 years ago I sure miss Sheels— few weeks ago i finally bought some primers - first bunch since the big price increases and i spent 500 on them alone

Seems there is a lot of Reloader 15, 22 and others which have been hard to find coming out there now. I saw a bunch on either Midsouth or Natchez the other day. They even had some Federal large rifle match primers.

Buying reloading supplies now is like going grocery shopping. In both cases, you only get one bag for $100 vs 3 bags a year or two ago.

Just another way to disarm the good ol freedom fighting folks. EPA is a POS set up to destroy what the government allows and wants gone.

Up here in Canada is even worst. Like 1000 % worst.
Thus I don't blame USA citizens for wanting to stock up before it's too late.
