what 223AI dies?

I have a PacNor 8 twist barrel on order for my Savage12 LRPV. I intend to shoot 80g bullets. My press is the Forster COAX. will the inexpensive Lee Pacesetter set give me comparable results, out to 200 yards max., as more expensive dies. If I end up getting the Wilson neck and bullet seater, is the use of a mallet just as good as an arbor press.

I'll have to make my own special case for my OAL tool. is drilling and tapping a fireformed case (by hand) just as accurate as one done by Hornady?
