Western Value Pack?

I'm looking at this article https://www.accurateshooter.com/guns-of-week/22lr-rimfire-ammo-comparison-test and in 8th place in the 50 yard group I find Western Value Pack. What/who is that? I can't find details on it. Thanks for any help.

Western was an old company that merged with Winchester a long time ago. . .if I recall some of my history correctly. This is a rather old article, yet I think that Wester Value Pack is long after that merger, so I'd say it's a Winchester product.

Yes, I recall Western from my youth but never thought to connect that now. Wish I know what they referenced as it did well and I'm curious how it cost compares to the others in the top ten.

I seem to remember looking for it myself a few years ago. I think it was sold through the Winchester club to club members only. If you are looking at the test of 55 various 22 lr varieties through a Bleaker target rifle, that test was done about 2000 and most of the ammo companys in it have changed ownership, managers, and labor force since then.
