Freedom Benchrest match report
Western Colorado 7/12/2025 600 yard Freedom Benchrest report
Nine shooters attended the event.
The wind Conditions were very mild and the Temperatures ranged from 78 degrees at 9 am to 93 degrees at noon.
Mirage was a challenge as the temperature increased. The wind picked up slightly for heavy gun.
We had some very small groups.
We shot Light gun first, Randy Carter managed a 1.325” group, Tom Vader shot a 1.721” group and Tim Barber shot a 1.775” group with his BRA.
Randy Carter took first , Jerry Bush took second and Tim Barber took third.
Tactical was next,
Randy Carter managed a 1.763” and a 1.865” group. Tom Vader shot a 2.939” group.
Randy Carter took first and Tom Vader took second and Scott Wilson took third.
We shot heavy gun last.
Jerry Bush shot a 1.975” group, Randy Carter managed a 2.033” group, Bill Schrader shot a 2.033”group. All very impressive.
Randy Carter took first, Tim Barber took second and Jerry Bush took third.
The two gun was won by Randy Carter, Tim Barber took second and Jerry Bush took third.
Tim Barber won the closest to the X contest.
