West Texas PD Shoot 2012

My 1st West Texas Prarie Dog shoot. Two full days of shooting 3000+ rounds between the three of us. My longest HG shot was 460 with a G2 in .223 and rifle shot was just over 670 .223 Custom AR --Very few shots under 300 yds most were in the 400-600 yd range. 22-250 by far was the gun of choice. ole .223 just did not have enough out past 500--however it did not mean we were not shooting them that far. All my long kills came with the .223 in a 20+ mph wind --blew the entire time.
