Weaver V24 223 ballistic reticle

Anybody running one of these Weaver V 24 with the 223 Ballistic reticle in it? Im wondering what loads they are designed for. How about the power settings do they change the impact values of each hold point? What about some opinions on the semi target turrets and tracking.

I didnt think that a t24 has any power settings as it is a fixed power scope?
