Use an AO scope.

One Example:
Vortex crossfire II 6-24x50 AO, not sure about what crosshair options, but AO will be left friendly.

I'd call them medium thickness. Fine is a Leupold 45x; or a weaver t-36.

I bet a March 1/32 dot at 10x is fine too.

Well I guess I meant “fine” in the context of duplex reticles. Overall it’s probably the closest to what my friend is looking for. Thanks for the suggestion! BTW do you own one?

I have a few at lower power settings. Good for a low-cost; repeatable clicks, though they're not MOA; mine are more like 1.2 minutes. Nothing a dope card can't fix.

Glass is great compared to others at this price point.
