Weaver T10 with fine CH & dot for live varmints

Saw an ad for a Weaver T10 with fine crosshairs and dot reticle.

Scope is on sale for 1/2 price.

How would that reticle do in prairie dog towns or on rockchucks ?

Know some would like more magnification.
