Weaver Grand Slam 6 X 20 X40mm

Is there anyone who has some knowledge with this Weaver scope? I plan to shoot at 500yds max.

The Weaver Grand Slam scopes are very nice scopes. Very hard to get a better scope for the money, except the Clearidge Ultra XP which is made in the same factory. The only problem is some people do not like the big rubber power ring and adjustable objective.

I have two Weaver 6 X 20 Grand Slams. One is on my Sako Finnfire 22 rimfire and the other is on my 6 BR chuck rifle. I can find no fault what so ever with either of these scopes. I have used the one on the 6BR for chucks the last 3 years and have killed over 500 looking through it. I have some 6.5 by 20 Leupolds but the Weavers are every bit as good and a lot less money. The Weaver adjustments are very exact.
