Weaver Classic 6-24 Mil Dot

Have a couple of Classic 6-24's and like them, for the price. One is a Mil Dot, don't mind the dots but don't like the heavy crosshairs. Is there a service that will change the reticle? Or am I better off getting a new scope? Or trade?
