A prone match will be held concurrently for those sling shooters who would like to come out to shoot.

Shooters,

as you know, I have been trying to run a F class regional June 30/July1st. I thought I had everything wrapped up, but the paperwork somehow was misplaced by the NRA, and no metals were ordered. I have been on the phone with Mr. Moody, and the alternative we came up with was to run this match as a registered match, instead of a regional. I have changed the match name accordingly. Hopefully, ORSA won't be too upset with me for plagiarizing most of the match name,, but I like to keep "in-state" matches the same format and keep the names similar.

The only real difference between a regional and registered match is that the NRA will not be providing the awards or regional pins. However, WCRC will provide 1-3 place plaques, as well as high Jr., Senior and Woman shooter. Also, as this is a registered match, we will be allowed to set national records. We will use the 3 shooter jury in place of a ref.

Looks like the weather is going to be nice. Highs in the high 80's, and the rain chance has dropped twice already, so hopefully it's all moved through. We're at or under 40% now. Hope to see many of you out this weekend.

I am so sorry that Larry and I could not come up for the shoot. I have been working like a junkyard dog every weekend for the past six weeks.



Chris thanks for the great writeup. This is the last big shoot I will miss at Tullahoma, you guys put on the best shoot around.
