Warne or Vortex rings?

I will be mounting a Burris 1” tube, Short Mag, 4.5-14x32MM scope on my Tikka TX3, 7MM RM rifle. I am considering Warne or Vortex rings to mount on a 0 MOA picatinny rail. 0 MOA as this strengthens the receiver with little to little wight added and not interested in more than out to 500 yard shots. Want good strong light weight rings that will handle 7 mag recoil. Looking for input and thoughts from this knowledgeable forum. MTG

I would pick warne out of those two. I like Seekins Precision rings.

Seekins rings should also be considered or if you want really nice ARC m-10 rings.
The upper end vortex rings are pretty good, made by seekins possibly as they’re identical.

As i mentioned on the other forum this is posted on, i prefer the Vortex Viper vertical split rings for keeping weight down.

A one piece base isn't going to "stiffen" the Tikka action.
But they do give you more flexability for placement of your scope.

NEITHER, burris signature insert rings. i do not like vertical split rings at all, and not really sure of the vortex as the make various levels of scopes, who know where their rings fit in their list
Warne makes horizontal rings in one inch. Their 500 series are duplicates of their 30mm Maxima rings but 1".
I have a set of Maxima 514M series 30mm but they weigh 6.1oz if that is a problem. https://warnescopemounts.com/500m-warne-1-inch-pa-low-matte-rings/ These weigh in at 4.9oz.

I haven't used Warne rings but have a few sets of the vortex rings that are supposed to be made by seekins and haven't had any problems. I don't know anything about their lower level rings. On my hunting rifles I have been using the dnz one piece rings and have been having good luck with them.

On my Tikka, I use a rail from tikka precision with a built in recoil lug and Warne half shell rings. I’ve never once had any issues with the rifle or the scope moving or failing in any way shape or form.

I mount scopes professionally and have pretty much used any type of ring made. I use Warne a lot. Some Lepolds, some Burris, and countless others. I recently mounted a Nightforce scope on a 6.5-06 build and used a set of Seekins Precision picatinny rings. To say they were impressive would be an understatement. Talley is another brand I would use without hesitation. But I like the oversized screws used by Seekins the best.

Take a look at Warne Mountain Tech rings. If they make them in 1" you'll get a great set of rings.
I use quite a few Vortex rings and never any issue BUT I limit my purchases to their PMR line.
