Want to try Moly in my .204

Hey guys,

My Kimber Pro Varmint .204 drives the 39gr Sierra at an average velocity of 3873 fps at modest pressure with 27.7grs H4895.

Ok, I would like to see if I can get 4000 fps still with a modest pressure, and I am contemplating moly coating some projectiles to see if I can achieve this velocity.

Any thoughts and suggestions please?

I'm no expert, but when I was using moly in my good old 30-06, I was seeing about 30-50 FPS increase topps. Also, the bearing surface of a 30 cal bullet is far greater than that of a .204. Just a thought, but good luck.

I don't think I will ever use moly again
