If you are trimming and pointing 105 hyb for 600 yard competitions (other than BR) I found no difference in score or group sizes at 600 yards. YMMV. Just wanted to inform you. If you want a great tipping die, Accuracy One makes a good one. Go to bullettipping.com

thanks… I shoot all kinds of targets and steel, mostly for fun, but will be stretching to 1000. Maybe it’s just the psychology, but I like pointing and trimming my bullets, then weight sorting them

If shooting 105g at 1000 yards, I’d sort by OAL of bullets first and then just point them.
