Vudoo V Kidd

I have watched numerous videos on these and others, seems to me as if the custom "10/22" are just as accurate as the Vudoo rifles. Also I have seen posts where people say the have to "rack" the bolt fast on the vodoo to properly eject a round. Any opinions ??

I can only share my personal experience. I had (and recently sold) an Annie 1411/1413. I have a Kidd Supergrade, and I have a Vudoo.

I shot my Kidd vs my Annie at 50 yards. I'll list my groups at the end. I tried my Annie at 100m and although I ran out of elevation on my scope, I got enough groups to know the accuracy went to hell. I shoot my Vudoo almost exclusively at 100m with plans to shoot it at 200m. I don't have any of the better ammo I used in the Annie vs Kidd shoot off. So I am just shooting SK Standard Plus. But at 100m I routinely get less than 1" 5 shot groups at 100m. And once I get more rounds through it, I expect better. Especially when I am able to obtain some better quality ammo to evaluate.

To me, no comparison. Regarding the ejection issue, I haven't experienced that in mine.

Here is a target from my Vudoo at 100m, where I scored 2 groups. I have my chrono read off velocities when I shoot. I can tell where the bullet is going to impact vertically based on the velocity I hear. The top target row has multiple 5 shot groups with different aiming points. I didn't feel like walking down to change targets as the wind was starting to pickup.

The ejection issue seems to be confined to the newer single shot. And who cares it’s a single shot.

Don’t remember the problem with the repeater.

ive had an interest in the Vudoos so did some lookin into the reviews.

It could be the difference between the 2 lug and the three lug Vudoo action. They make the 3 lug in single shot and repeater. I have both and the 3 lug does have a different feel and I do have cycle the bolt faster to get good ejection. It's not a problem, just different.

You will work a lot harder to get a semi auto to shoot as good as a bolt gun same as with centerfires. Usually will spend more too trying to find everything that works.

Had my Vudoo for almost 4 years now and no ejection issues. Very accurate and fun to shoot. I have shot mine to over 500 yards on steel.
