Vudoo 22 LR rifles

I ordered one today as well. I shoot BR pretty heavily so curious to see what the accuracy seems like compared to my BR rigs. I know it won't be equal, but I expect it will be very good. Went with the MPA BA Comp chassis, 20" barrel, and Trigger Tech trigger. Me and some buddies have bought the NRL 22 targets to shoot informal matches at my place with our small group. I don't have time to actually compete in another class of rimfire seriously, but looking forward to having another really nice gun.

I am betting it will be closer than you might think. ;)

Surprised you went with a chassis system coming from BR. Figured a stock would be more your liking.

I hope it does, I really do. My experience is that a lot of people don't really understand what true accuracy is when it comes to BR where groups don't matter. It's just a difference of usage really. Mike was at our indoor nationals this year and I have interacted with him on our rimfire forum some. I think for what they are intended for, they are the best option going or to be honest I wouldn't have ordered one. I am cautiously optimistic, but also know I have pretty high expectations.

I just liked the look of a chassis for something different. I have multiple BR guns, guess I just needed to catch up with the cool kids .

Never a chassis fan myself so if you find you don't like it then look at a Manners with the mini chassis. All the pros of a chassis for drop in and dbm but no pistol grip. Lol

Jamie, will you bring it to the Triple Crown?

My 18" has shot to 500 yards so you have chosen the right platform. You just need to figure out the specifics of what you want. Below is a video on barrel length. Honestly I wouldn't go longer than 20" myself as 18-20" is a good length for velocity and accuracy. Some try to use long barrels to mimic a centerfire but you don;t need the rifle to be the exact same as your centerfire match rifle to get good practice. I shoot 28" barreled rifles in my centerfires and get great practice from my 18" Vudoo shooting rimfire matches. A lot of fun too.

The V22 is a 22LR. It's their action name. They are coming out with a single shot S model and a Magnum M model as well. But if you order a 22LR repeater you will get the right action.

Ive watched this video a couple times. If 18-20" comes down to just looks. I'd go with the 20". Does his statement still hold true, or for more velocity should I go with a 18" barrel?

I totally understand and the good part about going 20" is you can cut it if you wanted later. Can't add to a barrel. Lol
Someone else can cut it.. I know I can't, LOL.. But I get what you are saying. That is a good point. Any downside to the McMillan stocks? I love the look of the Warthog stock with adjustable cheek rest. I fly RC planes so I think that one is pretty bad ass!
