Vortex Golden Eagle parallax ?

20180729_083134 (1024x792).jpg
I got my scope back last week and took it shooting last weekend. They got the crosshair level, they did some work on the turrets and purge the scope and recharged it. I think scope view is brighter and clearer than before. The fell of the turrets is better I can feel the clicks better. I hope this one stays together because I really like it now.

I just sent my GE back to get it fixed or replaced. I just could not get my new 6br to shoot like it should. It would put several shots in the same hole and then launch one a couple inches high. At 300 yards that high one would be 3-4 inches out. I even went so far as to have a new barrel made before I figured out it was the scope. Replaced it with a Slll Sightron I had on another gun, and the problem went away. (wish I would have found out sooner. Like about a $700 barrel sooner!!!) Any way, I really hope they get it sorted out. Just wish they did not have too in the first place.

Perhaps you should stop conducting "impact tests" as you stated previously on your 5th response. I'm not sure what that entails but perhaps this may be the cause of the scope failure.

I impacted nothing at that time the scope would go fuzzy after each shot. I had to reset the Parallax after each shot. I sent the scope back to Vortex when I got it back they told me it had failed there parallax impact test all I did was use it on my .308 to shoot targets. I did not use it as a hammer.
