Vortex Customer Service Is #1!

So, I have owned two PST 6-25x50 FFP scopes since they first appeared about 7-8 years ago. These scopes had bounced around on many different rifles of varying caliber before winding up on my Vudoo rifles. I seemed to notice what I felt was a POI shift on one of them so I called Vortex. No questions asked; just a quick "we'll send you a prepaid label so we can check it out". That was October 6th and I shipped it the 8th. On the 20th I received email saying they had found an issue and it was resolved along with tracking for my scope. Today the UPS man dropped off a brand new PST GenII 5-25 as a replacement.
I am impressed with the new scope but even more impressed that I didn't have to endure a third degree line of questions, insinuations and suggestions before they would even entertain getting it back for a look-see.

Last week i moved a gen 2 5x25x56 from one rifl to another.. when zeroing the scope my zero stop just disappears.. a call to vortex and right away they sent me a shipping label.. i shipped it monday.. i know it will come back good as new or replaced with a new one.. plus 1 on vortex cs..

I bought an obviously abused Vortex on an auction site. The objective lens had suffered an impact and was sitting askew in the tube. I sent it in and a couple of weeks later I received a brand new identical scope, no questions asked.

All of the above is why I own two GE's , and a HS-T . And the round count on my one GE , on my TR rifle is over 3,000 this year , so far . Got the Natls., Az. 600 , and Az. LR yet , so it will be closer to 4,000 by Christmas . And Vortex is a OUTSTANDING company to deal with .....
