Volume of fluid for single chamber in a flush system

these I showed on ebay are hydraulic couplers so they should be fine. the one I posted the picture of is for coolant- coolant is harder on rubber seals than oil. mine is for coolant and i've ran coolant and dark oil thru there. both worked fine.
