SELLING Volquartzen Ruger 17/22 SS bull barrel in 17 Mach 2 for $250 FTF

Here is a new Volquartzen Ruger 17/22 SS bull barrel in 17 Mach 2 for $250 face to face (I can ship for actual shipping cost). 18-3/4” overall length, 1-9 twist. I bought this and cannot use it as I do not have a Ruger 77/22 for this project. All the information I have is from the previous owner.

Is this for a 10/22 or 77/22? It's not quite clear.

This is for a 17/22 not a 10/22. From personal experience, this WILL NOT work on a 10/22. I am not sure about a 77/22 though

Do you need a different bolt than the one that comes on the Ruger rifle? The warning on the barrel seems to be saying that. Also does it have 1 or 2 extractor cut outs?

It looks like it can work on the prior generation 77/22 with a varmint barrel contoured stock via direct bolt on. It also looks like it could work on a prior gen Ruger 10/22, also with varmint barrel stock contour, IF you also use the Volquartzen bolt carrier that can take the extra power of the 17 Mach 2. This is speculation on my part.
I have a very similar Volquartzen 17 Mach 2 barrel on my Ruger 77/22, and it works well and is EXTREMELY accurate with a couple of brands of ammo. GLWS.
