Beautiful Commercial Voere- Mauser 300 Winchester Magnum Rifle made by Voere Prazisionstecnik GMBH in Tyrol, Austria.

Features

300 Winchester Magnum, double set trigger, Lothar/Walther 24” barrel, push button removeable floorplate, safari sights. Mauser wing safety. Comes with professionally installed base and rings. Walnut Monte Carlo stock in virtually new condition, sharp checkering and deep bluing in excellent condition. Red recoil pad.

This was my grandfather’s bear and dangerous game rifle which was purchased at the New York store of Abercrombie & Fitch. He would take my grandmother twice a year to the city for shows and purchase his sporting goods. This rifle has been to Africa twice, once in the 60’s by my grandfather and once by me a year ago August with my son-in-law. It accounted for 12 plains game animals including Zebra and Kudu. The rifle is extremely accurate.

I’ve done my last safari. This rifle deserves to join a hunter and be hunted. You will not be disappointed.

If you look at my Avatar you will notice the rifle is it's identical twin. I made a similar bag of Plains Game in 2010. Other than the Dangerous Big Six, I had no qualms about using it. I foolishly sold it about ten years later, and its' present owner wisely has no intentions of selling it back.
