VIHTAVUORI Powder

I know that I'm really behind the curve as far as knowing what's going on with Vihtavouri Powder, but I'm sure that some of you can enlighten me as to what's happening. I heard earlier that Lapua was going to buy Vihtavouri, but now I hear that Vihtavouri is just going out of business. Is there any truth to these rumors that I've heard?

Last i read Lapua was in negotiations to buy Vhita powder.

If there is an update on this,that i have missed, would someone please post a link.....
