I'm in the market for a new Video Camera. I have a Canon camcorder that is about 15 years old. Does a great job -but- uses film and is large, heavy and bulky. I will use it primarily for videoing wildlife under hunting conditions. Looking for something smaller, lighter more compact and uses a SD card. Any suggestions and experience really appreciated....George

I contacted the long range blog guy on youtube THLR.NO and asked what camera he was using. So, on that info, I purchased a Canon SX 60 HS. It has served the purpose well.
