I wouldn't buy from Midway if they were the only one that had it. I'm kinda like Shawn, I care little for PC. I would never bash a supplier without a real reason.

Business is business and LP has been more than successful. I have dealt with them back in the days when the catalogue" was a piece of yellow typewriter paper. I have not dealt with Midway at times during its evolution when it truly sucked. I deal with Midway with some regularity now and gladly find some "round up" level. The inventory menu is extensive, and when I manage to get the search engine(that program had to be written by someones nephew/niece) to find what Im looking for I frequently order it. One of the things that is offensive is when the occasional TV info-mercial is blatantly wrong. I havent documented these but Im sure you can pull some up from your memory banks.
I just wish Midway well in the future and hope they escape any attacks by the resource wasting leftwing legal, absurd lawsuits.

Good on LP for donating, there maybe tax advantages as well.

I never give my hard earned money to wealthy organizations.
I prefer to donate to feeding or providing to less fortunate children.

Midway is not always my first choice $ and shipping is key for me.
Just me of course

I don't bother to include a sellers politics when deciding where to purchase something I need. Cost is my deciding factor. I check many vendors when making a purchase of any kind. I have found that many times Amazon offers the same product with little or no shipping charges. Most times I get two day delivery at no charge. Midway is always going to be five business days which turns out to be seven.

I will tell you this, I have never received anything from Midway that I was not satisfied with.

They cut that part out in post. Everyone knows you have to swear to get those old barrels off even after using kroil on them for a few weeks.

My wife and I got a peek behind the scenes at Midway a couple years ago. Got a 20 minuet tour of the warehouse and how it all works. Pretty amazing.

One thing that stood out were the rifle racks in the office area. Most pretty full. I inquired who's rifles, shotguns, AR's, you name it, our "tour guide" told us they belonged to employees and they were encouraged to big them, and as he put it, a very secure gun safe.

Based on the things my tour guide told me about Larry, the things he does for and treatment of employees, I'd say he's a pretty good egg.

My bottom line is shipping and order accuracy. When I decide I want/need something I want it yesterday and midway USA ships fast and accurate unlike brownells and Sinclair. I also use Natchez and Midsouth and they are on par.
