Very proud F-class Dad

I wanted to share. This summer both of my 11 year old twins competed in F-class for the first time. Today was the last match of the season, they are sad to see things coming to a close.

They have learned a lot this summer and came a long ways. Now they are comfortable both on the line and in the pits and able to relax and keep honing their skills. Little things keep improving and the relays keep getting better.

I'm very proud of how they have done. My daughter shot one 1000 yard match and the rest were 600 yard matches. My daughter's best relay was a 186-4x and my son's best was today's last relay, 193-6x. I'm very proud of them!

Very happy for you! I simply can't wait for my three children to be old enough to come along. I can only imagine the memories being made for all of you.

Keep up the good work!

very cool, congrats to your kids and good for you getting them involved and sharing this great sport with them. Can't wait until mine are old enough to start shooting...............just may need a second job to afford it.

Kudos. In no time, they will be beating up on the adults! Had my butt kicked more than once by youngn's 1/3 my age (and I'm not even 50). Great job getting them started at such a young age. Drew

Very cool , these are stories I like to read. Congrats to a proud Dad.
My son too just shot his first two FTR matches with me this year. And has shot competition with me over the last 4 years in many disciplines. I treasure each one and proud how he has progressed.

Congrats to you and your offspring. They will take the lessons and use them in every aspect of their lives and the memories of this will last a life time.
