Verticle Component of Wind Drift

Bryan,
for long-range shooting with relatively high bc bullets, and noting the disparity between the two wind charts listed (Tony.B's vs the one attributed to Speedy) at say 7-8 o'clock, where one says "goes right and high and the other says 'goes right and low", and eliminating your other listed sources of vertical, which chart do you favor ? Seymour

you will find this more with a bullet that is on the edge of stability. When I shot
168gr MK in a 14 Twist barrel , angle of the wind really seemed to have an affect on vertical. after I changed to a 12Twist it wasn't there . This at 600yd.
