As much as these frequent shortages/panics keep straining the industry, there are a number of dedicated small companies and Mom&Pop operations that have been doing whatever it takes to meet the wants, needs and demands of our sport. Over past year I have had a handful of interactions that have exemplified this level of commitment and customer service.

I would like to give a shout-out to 21st Century Innovations for getting my order in the mail the next morning, and then returning my call within minutes so that I could modify my order. I have no buyer's remorse - both their products and customer service are top notch.

Agree - Extremely fast turnaround time that is only beat by their very reasonable pricing... feels like pre-panic inflation. I now start here before looking at the big box suppliers.

I would like to give a shout out to two company’s that have been great to me recently. GT accuracy and Borden actions.
I am putting together my first custom build so I started with calling Borden, who promptly called me back the next day and was very patient and answered all my nube questions and in the end I was confident I was getting the right action for my needs.
Next is GT accuracy and Greg Taylor, so far I am into Greg for a barrel and an action. He has always answered his phone or promptly returned my calls, promptly shipped my barrel and the action was finished in the time frame he quoted me.

Henderson Precision - bought a trimmer and received it within 5-6 weeks (on schedule). A couple of additional items were missing, which I didn't notice until several months later. Henderson immediately replaced them without question... a package simply arrived a few days after I sent them an email. That $100 is some quality customer service!

Yes - the tool works like a dream. The construction and performance is worth the price!!!
