Just wanted to mention the GREAT service I received from John at 21st Century. I happened to have gotten and expander mandrel for my neck turning tool that was just a "tich" on the small side. I called John at 21st Century and mentioned it. He didn't ask me to send it back, doubt my measurements or any other run around. He immediately sent me a new expander mandrel that is about .005 in diameter larger. PERFECT!
My experience with their products is that they are excellent and the same for their service. I wish to thank John over there for running and operating such a great company.

Jeeze .005" bigger is a fair increase.
But yes, always great service, even for international customers.

John was great to me too, just got a neck turner it happened to be missing a piece got it in the mail three days later. Not to mention the quality of the product was top of the line.
