Velocity Loss with Round Count

I am not much of a velocity guy but how about staying in tune? Usually in a ppc or br based 6mm round about 1200 to 1500 rds I start adjusting the tuner. This usually works to about 2000 to 2500 rounds. Once I establish a load I am concerned with 2 things, am I competitive and are the shots going according to conditions. When one of those happen it's new barrel time.

I am ready to replace the barrel and I am wondering what velocity difference I can expect from a similar make and model new barrel with the same load. Anyone want to guess?
I have now measured the velocity from three "identical" 26 inch WOA 223 match barrels and was surprised to find that there was 100 fps velocity difference between the three.
