I inherited a keg of VECTAN Tubal 2000 powder. Any body here know about these French powders?

Graf & Sons sells Vectan powder and data.
I do not believe that they import(or possibly make) Tubal 2000 any longer. Sierra ballistic technician Duane Siercks has an older Vectan reloading manual and has told me that Tubal 2000 loads are very close to IMR 4198 loads. Start with IMR 4198 starting loads and work up slowly. I have shot Tubal 2000 in 222 and 223AI with 50-53 grain bullets; excellent clean burning powder. When available, I believe some also liked Tubal 2000 for the 30BR. Duane's contact info is duane@sierrabullets.comI inherited a keg of VECTAN Tubal 2000 powder. Rich. A few of my friends still use Tubal 2000 in their 30BR. Years ago a bunch of people that I know in Maine, PA, and Maryland bought a shitload of that stuff for 6 bucks a pound. I have 4 pounds of it and have used it in my 30 Gorilla.I inherited a keg of VECTAN Tubal 2000 powder. Any body here know about these French powders?
