Maybe one of the nicest weather wise, weekends as a whole at the valley since its inception. A few relays snuck up with some gremlins but they were few, cool temps high 60s to 70s, cloudy and overcast for the most part, when the clouds rolled out for a relay, the mirage was on!
No rain, no sweatin, no snow, no hurricanadars.
Here is were it gets interesting, we shot 388 targets in three days, 3880 rds est. down range!
9 targets in the 2 inch range! 2%
One guy shot 6 of them
34 targets were in the 3inch range 9%
37 targets were perfect 50 scores 10%
59 targets were 49’s 15%
That is a first for me in all the years to see some many lil groups and high scores
Some range records have changed for sure,
Need to look at some agg records this week, our first 1000 weekend was rough so that will hurt I’m sure for year end aggs

Ps, just for the record, most of the 2” groups were shot with lot# vo1411-b or vo1141
The new lot have not been out to anyone except me, I shot them at the world open, been testing them for over a month, they are gonna be special, they give me a warm fuzzy feeling , like they will be talked about at the fire pits of ranges for quite sometime, kinda a 6503 feeling.
