Value of old Benchrest rig

Found an old Benchrest rig for sale locally with a 15 x 2"Unertl Scope. Gun is a sleeved Remington xp100/600/660 action in a Shilen sleeve. Has a stainless barrel and is in .222.5 caliber. Stock is an early laminate made of three pieces of wood as opposed to the modern "plywood" thin layers of today. I just want the scope, what would the rifle sell for, roughly.

No clue on the rifle and we both know what a 15x-2" Unertl is worth.

Something like that probably $500 give or take, unfortunately.

Tim is correct...not including the Unertle.

if you want to play with old tech, and don't plan to compete, go for it. But if you want to do anything easy...even make up a club gun, figure you are buying an action and a trigger, and scope. The rest is disposable, replacable or will need to be replaced.

Unfortunately the $ quoted are on the money unless it has a history .

The only markings are on the sleeve and the barrel is marked shilen 222.5
