I had a 36x Valdada benchrest scope that was not holding point of aim. I went through pains to prove it wasn't holding, so I sent it to Valdada last December for repair. Didn't hear from them for a few weeks so I emailed and was told they sent it overseas that they had nothing to repair a 36x here. By the end of February, I emailed again with no answers.
I do want to add that Valdada offered to upgrade my scope to a 40x, but at a cost. I never felt a 36 was a deterrent, so I refused the upgrade and just wanted my scope fixed.
I then noticed a post here on this forum by Loan Harvey, his sig line said he was a Valdada dealer, so I contacted him. Mr. Harvey contacted Valdada, and within the next couple days I got a message from him a new 40x was on the way to me. I didn't buy my scope from Mr. Harvey, but stepped up and handled the situation the way we expect things in this small shooting community. Thank you Loan Harvey!
