So far I love this thing. I have two NF NXS 8 - 32 x 56's, March 10 -60, March 8 - 80, NF BEAST, NF ACTAR but the Valdada is fast becoming my favorite scope. I have not got to go past 800 yards with it yet, but when I get the Cheytac out in the next few days for Terry Balding and Tom Esser's visit to the DOME, the BEAST with come off and the Terminator is going on the Cheytac Blackbird. I have viewed my 18 inch plate at 1850 yards but I have not shot the Valdada at long range yet but the view was like HD, high definition, HR, high resolution.
I put the March 8 - 80x and the Valdada Terminator 12 - 52x on the bench side by side on a rainy, dark day and viewed my steel at 800 yards. The Valdada just had more resolution and in the darkness it was just easier to see the one inch black dots at 800 yards. I have a one inch black bullseye in the center of my 18 inch plate and it was no problem to see the dot at 1850 yards with the Terminator set on 25 to 30 X. 52 X was awesome even on the cloudy dark day.
Contact Bart Sauter @ BART's CUSTOM BULLETS and he will fix you up. He had one in stock last time I talked with him and he can get you any Valdada delivered to your door in a couple of days.

18 inch steel plate at 1840 yards

I had the scope mounted on a BAT SB Dual Port BRX. I had shot it at 800 with this caliber. I did not take a shot with the BRX at a mile yet although I have hit the plate at 1760 with my DASHER

That's a fat monster of a scope !

It ain't easy to capture a good picture through a scope with a cell phone o_O
Especially on what looks to be a overcast day.

I got lucky snapping a few pics though a couple scopes, but it was nice and sunny outside.

Took these 2 pics bout 5 years ago with a cellphone I no longer have ( HTC-One ).

Bushnell DMR at 21x @ 328 yards (300meters)...

Bushnell XRS at 30x at the same 300 meters...

Now even with a new cellphone with a MUCH better camera, I have not been successful at capturing pics through scopes as good as those 2 !

I put scope on lowest power. Try to get a round pic and snap the photo.
Now view pic in your phone and enlarge or zoom in on your phone. Now copy this and you will have a zoomed pic that u may be able to see your target

No matter how hard we try, it's impossible to get a picture through a scope and show it's true glass quality. And most of the time it makes it look like the glass is horrible.
:(

Nevertheless, your IOR scope would look more at home on top of a cannon !
:D

Nice looking scope and reticle. At almost 19oz heavier than the 8-80 it really IS a monster. Perfect for the heavier high caliber guns....

Can you mount your IOR scope on a little .22LR rifle and take a picture ???

:D

That right there speaks volumes.

I run a Recon 4-28x50 on one of my 6.5's. The 40mm main tube is massive, but I love this scope.
I've shot out to 1793 yards with it at Triple C Tactical's 2k yrd range in Cresson,TX.

That guns amazing. I would love to get behind that one and give it a go for an afternoon of "Goin' Long". At one point I had a 300 Lapua & a 300RUM. Seeing your set-up makes me miss them both. Like that rear bag......Is it a Lenzi?

Regards
Rick

I too love the Valdada's. I loved them so much, I bought 2 new Recon G2's and a 3.5x18. I then became a distributor, so if anyone is looking for a new Valdada scope, I can get it for you at dealer pricing! Just hit me up if I can help.
