Using Rem case in Lapua Chamber

I gave my gunsmith 100 of the Remington cases that I have for sale here in the buy sell forum. He has been using Lapua in his Tikka. A problem came up in that the Rem cases are smaller and failed to seal well.
I am about to send a dummy to Kiff to make a reamer. As I have several thousand Remington cases, I would like to be able to use them. I would also like to be able to use Lapua and Norma cases. Is there a base diameter that Dave can grind that will allow use of all brass?

Kent, that's a good question that I would like an answer to. I have a 6BR chambered by Pacific Technologies for the Lapua case, but a friend of mine has a bunch of unfired Remington cases I could buy from him. I just don't know it it would be worth the effort.
