USERS: How Do You Want the Search Engine to Work? pls read

I like it the way it is my only complaints are when I look on the forum from my smart phone everytime I want to click on something in the classified section amazon always wants to come up and I'm not sure if its my phone but when I post I have to type and then let the server catch up before I can go on. Thanks for all the hard work on the site guys

Hillbilly, What is happening is that your phone doesn't have enough pixels (left to right for width). It is squeezing the page kicking the ad column to the left. As a results, the Amazon ad button is loading in the column where the list of classifieds should should be. We did go to some effort to ensure that the Forum would run OK in an 768 pixel-wide iPad, but making it run as a mobile APP is asking too much from a single layout. That's like trying to buy a shirt that will fit both an infant and an NBA center.

You know you can always access the classifieds by just going directly to the marketplace forums. You don't need to use the right column at all. I also suggest viewing the size with your phone held horizontal.

Just don't expect us to make a mobile-optimal browser. We'd basically have to build it from scratch. For a service we are delivering for free, it's not worht it.
