WANTED USED - 30 BR barrel for 700 action ( 17 - 18 TWT )

I am looking for a good used 30 BR barrel that has life remaining. Thinking it should be a 17 - 18 twist.

My goal is to make a hunting rifle that meets the Illinois regs. I think I can trim the case to meet their spec. Hoping to find a 115 -125 grain bullet that will work on whitetails out to 300 yards.

Any input you might have is welcome.....

Maybe Hammer Bullets? They sell monolithic copper bullets.

Doesnt Illinois spec say there has to be factory ammo that meets the energy requirement?
