Got an email today from Boyds:
"Hello Mike,
We do apologize for UPS delivering the package like this, it looks like they damaged the box and the stock fell out and they shoved something else in it and then taped it up with the clear tape as we do not use clear tape on our boxes we only use the brown tape with Boyds on it. We have nothing of sorts like this in our facility. I have started a claim with UPS more in likely the claim will not go any where with them but we are going to start a new order for you right away and ship this out via Fedex."
I wonder why they aren't sending it with UPS



This is about as good as customer service gets.
