So you did pay with a credit card. I'm a VISA guy and they have stood up for me when needed. I hope yours will too if you have to go that direction. Keep any emails on the matter. I'd think Boyds would make it right. These situations are typically aggravating and time consuming. Sucks! I feel for ya and we're here to support ya! Good luck!

Yup.
I had a BIG problem with Aero Precision and had made the purchase with a Master Card. They were great in helping the issue get resolved.
When I thought everything was done a Fedex guy showed up at the front door with the order (3 months later after zero responses to anything I tried) MC actually told me I could accept it if I wanted and if Aero didn't respond to their original notification it would be mine at no charge. Wouldn't want even a decal from Aero now.

I called Boyds about 11AM. (1PM CST) Got thru pretty fast but, to their voice mail. Left a brief message and my home phone number. (land line). So, I kept my cordless phone close by, waiting for the return call. A couple hours later, I just happened to check my email and there's an email from Boyds that was sent about 15 minutes after I left the phone message. They wanted some photos and more info. Got that sent out about 50 minutes before their 5PM (CST) closing time. Kinda late in the day and will probably not get a response until the AM. It appears they are doing their part, we'll see. Hopefully, one phone call and one email will do it for the hoop jumping.
They knocked a bunch of packages off the conveyer belt, they grabbed your stock and put it in the box the sign post was supposed to be in and put the post in your box. And they did so fast the boss will never know. Oh and the M60 went to the Achmed, and the guard unit got Achmed's 2 dozen sausages.

I started this post as a FYI deal and for entertainment. I also was hoping to find out what the hey the widget I received actually was. I also expected some of our world class clowns to step in and provide some entertaining posts. I have not been disappointed. Thanks to @C.E.Smith043, I was able to provide Boyds with info for their discussion with UPS. We'll see what happens. Thanks for the responses and the entertainment. Mike
