a AD 120 scale is the best piece of higher$ loading equipment i have purchased-- i have a T7 and coax- i wouldnt buy the henderson trimmer or the area 419 press because i think they are jyst a waste of $. Id use the money on barrels-reamers and NF scopes. ive got 4 wilson trimmers and a wft for 223. gonna buy a wft for 6br as i shoot that the most. i dont wanna spend time setting devices up for other cartridges.

I have the zero press and the Henderson trimmer. No trimmer makes a nicer, smoother, and consistent cut than the Henderson. Be sure and get the powered version. I would also recommend getting a Nexus press from Short Action Customs. I like mine every bit as much as my Zero press and I find myself using it more frequently. It's super well made and is half the cost with no downside.

I will pile on for the Henderson Trimmer. I love my Wilson trimmer, but 100 rounds of brushing, tapping, twirling and chamfering took 2 hours and 10 minutes. I can brush, trim and chamfer 100 rounds in less than 10 minutes now and get a more consistent chamfer.

Was reluctant to purchase at first. Having owned a Giraud that I never could quite adjust to my liking, I sold it on down the road and vowed I would do it by hand. Wish I had purchased the Henderson sooner.

In 30+ years of reloading, outside of maybe a Mark 7 driven 1050, it has more than likely had more dollar-for-dollar value/impact than any other piece of reloading equipment I've purchased.

If you think the Autotrickler was a game changer... wait until you try the Henderson.

The Henderson Trimmer is a game changer or was for me anyway. I went with the Forster Co-AX over a turret type press. Easy changing between calibers or sizing to mandrel. VERY accurate press.

Exactly my suggestion, go for a Foster Co-Ax and make life easy. My original Bonanza is still going strong after nearly 50 years... The automated trimmer is a help if you are doing lots of brass, a hand de-primer {Harvey} and hand primer setup{21st Century} is also to be considered. The Autotrickler is a plus, sounds like a fairly complete loading bench.

Run Sinclair Priming tool so got that covered for many years.

No argument intended. I also have the Sinclair hand priming tool. Either it or the 21st century hand primers are great, but no comparison to the CPS. My fingers fatigue quickly when I’m priming 200 cases in one session with any hand priming tool. Henderson trimmer is great and you will love it - still recommend giving the CPS a look (grin).

Check this out for a different fast accurate prime, I use a 21 century for my BR priming but for my high volume reloads this baby is fantastic and at a great price. love his shell holders also. All in my imho.

First things first...Your hands would thank you forever using a Henderson , or a Giraud, or the new Hornady. Trust me on this....We are not getting any younger. As far as press, I still use my Forster Co Ax...dont see any reason to spend more money on a press. However, I switch all my seater dies to Wilson straight dies and use a K&M arbor press. Huge difference from my old Redding dies. semi retired here and I shoot about 300 rounds a month (on average) including competition.

Greetings everyone, I have been a member in this site and forum for a long time but I usually browse for info but I wanted to get some input on a big purchase I am making to upgrade my reloading room. I recently purchased the Autotrickler V4 and I am looking to upgrade one more piece of equipment for the reloading room. I have been using a redding T7 press for 10 to 12 years and it has worked flawlessly and also been using Forster trimmer for 15 to 20 years. I am looking to infuse a new piece of equipment to upgrade the shop. I have been reloading for 35+ years and the two pieces of equipment that I have interest of upgrading are to an Area419 Zero press or a Henderson Precision case trimmer. Both of these items are luxury in my mind and while what I have Works great I am now retired and full time fun and shooting 2 to 3 times a week. I would like some input from you guys and gals regarding this choice and see what you think. Again I appreciate any inputs as this is not a need just a want. I’ve got the money set aside for one of the two, but I am not pulling the trigger on both. Keep in mind I’m 58 years old so I feel like I’ve got some really good reloading and shooting years ahead especially now that I have a lot more time. I highly recommend retire as soon as you can and enjoy every day like it’s your last. Thanks again.

Yeah, Whatever you do don't get a $600.00 primer seater, You will not see $600.00 worth of improvement at the bench or the target. Get the Hornady trimmer and buy yourself something else you like with the money you saved.

The tools that have saved me time and /or better ammo. T7 press with Creedmoor head, CPS priming tool, 21st priming tool, Giraud trimmer, 21st arbor press, AMP annealer and high end powder dropper have saved me time as well.

I got the T-7 upgrade also, and I have a zero press. I still use the t-7 more than the zero. Cant say the t-7 upgrade made it better, still loads good ammo. Get a AMP.
