Upgraded Tikka T3x Lite

I recently replaced the standard pistol grip on my T3x Lite with a Vertical Pistol grip and it made a huge difference in my ability to obtain better trigger control by creating an improved alignment of the trigger finger with the trigger.

For $15 this was a cheap and effective upgrade. Just thought I'd share it with you guys - you may want to try it.

they have the grips several places. they had them at midway the last time I checked. you can get different colors, etc. Beretta's site has them too, they are the importer of sako/tikka.

I have replaced the stock grips on both 22-250 and 6.5 CTR and they feel a lot better for me as well. Sadly the grip does not fit the CTR as well as the T3x and if i pick up the rifle with one hand just i can feel a click or movement where the grip is matted up to the stock no matter how i try to fit it.

Bed it on there with some jb weld or use a sharpie to blacken and fit the seating surface

Not to my knowledge since the old T3 Lite does not have a modular stock for changing pistol grips whereas the T3X stocks are modular design allowing you to change pistol grips.
